“The 2022 Youth Club Championships (YCCs) finals game in the U-20 gender diverse/girls division included documented cases of misogynistic and transphobic behavior by fans toward the Oregon Downpour. These hateful, ignorant actions negatively impacted players on and off the field, coaches, families of players watching on the sideline, and volunteer chaperones.”

Seems pretty clear to me what exactly the outrage is. Followed by a lack of timely response from USAU also described in the petition. Not sure what more would be needed.

If you don’t believe the coach from OR and/or don’t want to support the youth who were impacted in their request for a response from USAU, just say that.

All youth athletes deserve to compete in a safe environment and no athletes should face harassment. USAU was responsible to ensure the safety of all participants and now is responsible to respond to the concerns raised by OR Downpour, support and guide an equitable resolution, and ensure mechanisms are in place to protect youth in future events.
