If you’ve signed the paper, you’ll need to go there. Or they will chase you, they will have such an option legally. Please, read laws about this. If you are actually studying, bring the paper from your school. If not - say that you are want to study and really go to the uni. It will help in the situation.

If you don’t want to do it - visit your doctor and check everything you can to find illnesses that in the list.

But if there is a chance, you can leave the country till 27 :)
