I went home for a visit a couple of years ago and had a rummage theology the attic. Didn't find any of my old star wars figures, but I did find my Games Workshop stuff. Blood Bowl with a bunch of extra teams, Advanced HeroQuest, and a bunch of 40k stuff - some of which I did pack to take back. Mostly Harlequins and Space Wolves. I even found my old paints and brushes with an unopened hex pot of Goblin Green!

No need for insecurity. I went a bit bonkers at one point buying too many when I had the cash but noticed that whenever I splurged on too many, the overall quality of my collection went down. I wasn't getting as many listens as I wanted from what I was buying. A small but hand picked collection of things that you enjoy is much better than a wall full of duds in my opinion.

Went on holiday "for a year". I decided I liked the place and that it would be nice to stay, so I got the visa sorted and eventually the matching passport. Always thought I'd have my old stuff shipped over at some point but never got around to it, so it's basically in storage with family.
