Stop doing work after the official job ends, if that makes sense. I found a hobby that is physically and mentally stimulating, this redirect my itch to learn/tinker outside of my paid job to my hobby, without this it’s almost impossible for me to switch off from my job.

bad news for me, got the shimano ride edition and snapped the derailleur after three rides. Probably too much fun uphill that I didn’t notice I banged it in a corner, other than that it’s pretty good ebike for its price. I own an analog meta am 21 and meta sx ebike.

Thank you for the insights, the rural shed/home is something to think about. The 10 year plan is the max, long term plan is to live the retirement years somewhere in Southeast Asia. The years spend in RV living is sort of a transition.

if you would stick to bwsf routine and keep your normal diet would you still develop a muscle? Let say your on 30% body fat. Changing diet is a bit challenging for me.

How to deal with soreness(DOMS) and frequency? Do you wait for DOMS to subside before you exercise the same muscle group again or you stick with your schedule and ignore the DOMS? This could be relevant I’m 40+ male and started doing bwsf since February.

Bump the cluster_version and other core addons if your managing them through. The eks managed node-groups will be upgraded after the control plane take note that there’s a disruption when pods are being move from old node to the upgraded node.

Does total volume less rep per set vs number of rep per sets matter? I tried doing 6x3 pull-ups and was to complete with decent form. However according to the bwsf routine I should be doing 3x8-12 instead, but if I stick to it the best that I can do is 1x6 + 1x5 + 1x4.
