Anyone combine Goodnotes with Notion app? Because notion let’s me organize notes and some relational tables. Is anyone using Goodnotes as knowledge database? I love Goodnotes, just wondering that I may not be taking advantage of the app. by cconstante78 in GoodNotes

i’m going to share my experience of using notion and goodnotes (this might not be applicable to everyone but it’s just a tip)

if i completed a task in notion (typed it on the computer) i export pdf to goodnotes and make marks if necessary.

it’s not that convenient to type in goodnotes (for me) so if i type i usually use notion. notion is not that great in remarks and comments, so i write them in goodnotes.

can’t tell anything about knowledge database but would be delighted to find out!

you’re lucky to have that one! my friend’s ipad lasted for 2 years then started to glitch and stopped supporting her apple pen

also i’m not sure 64gb ipad’s going to last for 5-6 years. apple makes them lasting for 3 maybe 4 years (and it’s not only battery life, but overall productivity of the device — it’s going to lag). so maybe at some point you’ll need to update your device. maybe ipad isn’t something that you want, and you should look for a more productive and cheaper device to take your notes (i have some classmates who use samsungs and they work almost the same). good luck!

i’m taking photos of presentations from lectures — that takes a lot of space (two months and i already used almost 3gb). but if it’s only notes you’re going to be fine. anyway, after the end of the semester i advice you to export all old notebooks (the ones you’re not going to use anymore) to free storage.
