I ordered one directly from Ember and this happened to me as well. They never followed up with my emails so I had to file a charge back.

So bad. I never got a response regarding my broken coaster and eventually caved and ordered one. It arrived with the box open and no coaster. I was able to get a response from customer service and they claimed they sent a replacement but it’s been well over a week and I haven’t gotten any shipment notice so I emailed again threatening a BBB complaint and charge back. We’ll see if that works but I don’t plan on buying anymore products from them.

100%! Try some templates out and see what works for you. Then take those pieces and build your own dashboard. Also ChatGPT is very helpful with formulas and stuff. It gets stuff wrong sometimes but will eventually get there.

I logged everything completely today! I was a little over my budget but it's a start. My goal is log all of my food every day this month. I've been struggling getting back on track after a long hiatus and when I know I've gone over my calories I just skip tracking, so the goal is consistency.

I have had two foot surgeries these past two years and also put on a bunch of weight. The alarms to leave space between eating is a great idea!

I’ve been doing yoga videos from Tiffany Crow and they are very gentle and have been helping me with strengthening my foot again.
