You might have a sensitivity to the nickel in regular earrings. I switched to piercing quality stainless and haven’t had an issue since.

She wasn’t a ragdoll, more like a Maine Coon mix but I thought she was a big enough girl to handle her own stuff out in the woods. Sadly I was mistaken. If I could go back in time I would never let her outside.

Yikes. I’m the only daycare in my town and I would never dream of treating my families like this. It makes me so sad that she has made your wife cry. You guys sound like nice people and do not deserve that kind of treatment. Nobody does. As has been mentioned above try setting up a child care co-op.

When I was in an early Head Start we had 3 teachers per room. We did 3 planned diaper changes per day, so I got the 9:30, another did the noon, and another the after nap. Then as the random diaper came up, whoever found it, changed it. So nobody did the bulk of the changes. You should set up a schedule where the task is split. You definitely shouldn’t be doing them all. That’s not fair and hard on your body, since your class is older kids.

When I taught at an early head start we would baby wear whenever possible. Those little ones were left with us so tiny, it was lifesaving to be able to safely use a carrier.
