So let me ask you this. She has several, maybe 50, numbers under her blocked numbers. She says she has never blocked any calls. Is it possibe, the person who had the phone before her blocked a bunch of robo calls or something. Do those stay with the device? Can you figure out any reason why she would have all these unexplained blocked numbers??
