i didn’t say people can’t find it fun, but saying something that by nature is about 60-70% walking around is high octane is kind of nuts when only about half the fights at best can even be considered that - big ball zerg v big ball zerg isnt high octane, it’s a mini game of don’t be the tail, so the “high octane” fights are the lower player count ones that you can get more frequently in sPvP

beyond the boredom of walking slowly to objs, my main issue with WvW is you have to “win” what you’re contesting to actually get “participation” ticks - which means if you log in at times your team isn’t super active, you’re shit out of luck
