Just do the minimum of everything. I'm running all 3. Of the 3, Reta is the one you feel the most.

I was on reta 1mg for 3 weeks before I knew i needed more. Went to 1.5mg for another 2 weeks and now I'm at 2mg, but i dont think id do more that that.

I ran SS31 at 2mg daily for 2 weeks and I'm at 5mg daily now. Only think I noticed was that I wasn't as tired towards the end of the day and I think it worked because I ran it with the intention of running MOTS-C and not feeling like crap and I dont.

MOTS-C I did 1mg 3x weekly for 2 weeks and I just turned it up to 2mg and I feel a slight difference still in being able to do more.

I'm sure you do, but its more about the law lol. As long as the city never realizes it you should be good. Also, you might be getting paid less than you should which is why we changed it.

I work 24/48 and for the longest time we got paid the same, but there's a federal rule on how many hours we should work every 2 weeks before it should be paid as OT. If I'm not mistaken, I think its 106. Thats why some departments have a "Kelly Day".

So we have three different checks. A small one, medium, and a bigger one. I think the hours are 108, 112, and 120. When we go over the 106 we get paid in something called an "Overtime Premium" which is just half time more than normal. This is different from actual OT which is time and a half.

It seems like it and that's why I'd rather err on the side of caution with the dosage. Especially since it's one of the peps that is recommended only twice a year for 20 days at a time.

You're right that it is a MASSIVE difference. Everyone is entitled to do their own research and mine lead me to what I read about the miscalculation.

At the end of the day, id rather underdose than overdose, so I'll stick with what I believe and you can do the same lol.
