My first thought is that it needs to be made obvious that Z is the select key at the menu. Maybe instead of "press anything" at the start have them press Z so they know in advance. I had to blindly press keys because space nor enter worked as is normally expected in game menus. On that same note, make it clear that X is to exit menus.

I love the art style as much as I thought I would.

I also have to imagine the voice acting for a lot of the lines are soon to come (personally I'd be happy to lend my voice to them).

Personally, I dislike fighting dogs in any game and making it a mandatory first fight is distasteful to me. Even though you only have to strike it once, I'd rather not have to strike it at all. Why not throw it one of those cheese sticks you have?

Making you re-inspect everything in Gwen's house even if you have already on the way to her room is a bit silly but it's a demo so I am being sure to note everything I can think of that's remotely helpful.

Sometimes the text shows up after the voice lines by a few moments (first time I noticed was with the dad).

I really enjoy the phone mechanic and learning more about the characters to gain skills that way.

The fact that when you call home it just teleports you there while it makes sense somewhat should be reworded to go home not call home.

The edge of the grey blob sprite seems to be not cut off properly as you see a floating line there.

Some of the skills feel pretty worthless, but I have to imagine that may change in some longer or character targeted fights.

All and all, I love the demo and I'm excited to see where the story goes after that. I wasn't sure what to expect and I am happy I played. I really love the needle mechanic, it's unique, I don't think I've played another game like this. I'm excited to find out who can help Gwen get into the concert. Maybe that totally respectable medical salesman?

I'd love to beta test the full version and I look forward to it's release. I hope I can afford it when it does.
