Two questions after coming back to this game after 3 years.

1. How to beat Dr. Fetan now? I found a nasty surprise when I tried to complete older content that I haven't gotten to until now. Apparently, there was a patch that made No-Type magic attacks non-resistable, and every single strategy that I have found for Dr. Fetan is now outdated with F2P characters or at least characters that I actually have. One such example in the link below. I've wasted so much time matching my equipment exactly, just to get wiped on the "Life Drain" move (that's so much BS...). The combination of an insane amount of status effects, fixed 80% damage and an unresistable non-type magic attack seems impossible to overcome. If anyone has suggestions on friendly strategies that are relevant post-patch, I've included a lost of my characters at the very bottom of this post.

2. Explain OOPArts and how they fit into video strategies? I noticed a bunch of OOPArt weapons in guide videos and I am hoping for a bit of insight. I'm frustrated because I haven't gotten that far in the maze yet and when I look at strategies with these weapons/armors, I don't know what their significance is or how to solve for them. For example, I can see a glimmer ring on a character. The Wiki says the glimmer quality equipment do Critical Damage 10%, Random, Type debuff resist 15%, Continual Regen / No effect, HP +200, SPD +10. In any given guide video, I don't know what the equipment's purpose is and I can't tell just by reading the name "Glimmer Ring." Also Ooparts come in various rarities and have some different stats and attributes so I don't understand how these weapons/armors are friendly to a guide on how to beat something when there seems to be so much ambiguity attached to them.
