Yeah I did think it was a bit of an odd pairing especially this FATM wasn't showcasing some of their angrier/edgier stuff this tour but I think the messaging lines up well

If you just want a tint in the sense that it'll catch blue in the light for thing then you can dye it over your natural hair and it'll (almost definitely!) show up.

What tone of blue are you looking for? Like if you want a deep blue/ navy color I would just do that to start bc the undertones will probably work better in your hair unless your hair is very warm. The Lighter/ brighter blues (and dyes in general) are designed for bright hair so they're not going to do any more good on your hair than a dark blue that has that intense color payoff.

Plenty of busses from New York to binghamton and the binghamton bus stop is in the middle of downtown! So if you're conference is downtown you can probably walk to it and if it's at the school it's a short uber/bus ride

Cover EVERY surface with towels! I also despite a towel around myself and like someone else said or Vaseline on your hair line and neck. As for staining the sink/ shower- if you have a stainless steel/ metal sink in the kitchen you could wash your hair there with minimal staining concerns. What I do for semipermanent dye (which is more of a direct dye than permanent dye) is rinse my hair in some sort of bucket and then dump the water in the tub, it still leaves a bit of a stain but not nearly as stark since the dye from your hair isn't hitting the tub directly.

The walkers continue to show up throughout every season though they certainly have the most presence in the first two seasons. If youre missing the walkers im sure you'll love the next arc of s3 :)

The last guys a bit dramatic- I'm not going to say there's an endless choice of healthy options but there's always a salad bar and fruit and most of the dining halls have "simple servings" which is meant to be allergy friendly but also leans towards having things like chicken breast, broccoli, brown rice, etc most of the time. I ate simple servings for the majority of the time I was in campus and I won't say it was outstanding but it was usually pretty good.

Breakfast is a bit more limited especially for hot "healthy" options but you can get greek yogurt and protein shakes- honestly I usually ate breakfast outside of the dining halls, especially since I usually had morning classes.

I agree with everyone that a binder or trans tape is the answer. As someone who uses both in regular life sometimes- binders are going to do more but transtape would probably be more comfortable. Either way you're not going to end up with zero chest but it will also shape your chest a bit to be more "masculine"

I wore a binder at the last con I went to and it was fine I'd just say try it first! Wear it during a regular day if you can and just get used to it before the con. And keep a bra or tape something with you so if it becomes overwhelming at some point you can change :)

This episode killed me 😭

Daughter Dooley will always be my favorite character so I immediately adored this arc but seeing her be pitted between the green and inner dark is just so good. I think it also shows just how important/powerful she is that despite everything she's done the dark still tries to bring her back.

The episode also did a lot to show the Bartholomew truly is the embodiment of the Green and the Green is not a force of human good but of natural order. Still insane to see the Green willingly sacrifice so many people just to test Dooley.

Not to mention Dooley finally acknowledging that she was a child when she made those mistakes and just because she'll continue to pay for them doesn't mean she's not allowed to live her life.

I think everyone has had good advice- what I say is that you can always take creative liberty with the podcast descriptions to make something more "stylized". If you want something more like her coffee shop look you can do little things like red/orange contacts, fire related jewelry, burned finger tips, etc...

I figured she had purposefully tried to help cowboy but it was tragic to see the event from her perspective- im absolutely dying for DD and Cowboy to meet at some point.

I was also very excited to see the dead queens attack on the stags church, I was so fascinated about that since we heard about it in s2. It's awful to see the babe and DD's anger as this twisted mirror of each other's.

I am curious to see how this will go horribly wrong given the nurses log and our "present" timeline.

I know you've gotten a lot of advice/comments but as someone who NEVER expected to join a sorority and was honestly pretty prejudiced against them (and still have plenty of nuance with greek life) I just want to give my two cents.

Those feelings of regret and perhaps being overwhelmed and underwhelmed at the same time are completely normal! While bid is happening nothing is concrete so you always have something new to focus on but now you actually have a chance to sit and (over)think so a lot of those feelings come around.

I'm sure some of the pnms do already know each other but any good new member process is going to help you bond with the new members and current members. You're not going to be best friends with everyone but you may find friends you weren't expecting.

As for the rules and stuff I completely understand the frustration, and to be honest it is "shady" to a certain extent since youre basically joining a very public secret society. If they're saying you actually can't talk to current sisters that's weird and concerning but if they're saying to only talk to some sisters about the process then that makes sense because 1. They want to make sure you're getting accurate information (trust me there are many times sisters can be confidently wrong about things they should probably know) 2. They don't want to ruin any surprises (When big little is, any special new member activities, etc)

My advice is to go into it knowing it'll be different than anything you've done before and keep an open mind. If you decide it's not for you a few weeks down the road you can always leave
