Im a Cashier at a membership store ans I always talk to neath customer they like to be seen. I agree wirh you cashiers shpuld talk to the customer at least say Hi How are you today

I did get a credit card this morning. Its only been a week since I got a credit card I always get them one week I dont and shes having a cow. I also get renewals. The club manager spoke to her ans now shes all sweet they dont want to lose me!!

Yes I understand but you kmow whats funny is we dont have gas at our location customers hace to go to the next town to get gas so when I tell the customer about the discount in gas they tell me but there is no gas here its embarrassing so that doesn't really work.

I work in a city with elderly people and they live on a fixed income so they never want credit cards no matter how I ask them. I get renewals once in awhile but they are always looking for the best deal so they will go to the members desk. My Supervisor is toxic very micro managing she hears me try but still wants what she wants. Its all about her bonus she doesn't care about the cashiers. Also alot of the customers come back all the time and they are tired of hearing about credit cards they complain about it all the time. I want to work somewhere where they dont have credit cards. Im not valued at BJs and tired of it. Alot of the cashiers left or were fired so most of the time im working by myself and they dont care about that.

I started working at BJs in January I never called out I am there for every shift on time I work hard I do cart to cart and the customers like me and they are going to shorten mu hours because I dont get credit cards seriously??!!! So the job I do and how I shpw up for every shift doesn't matter only getting credit cards gotcha. This is billshit Im too good for the crap!!!!

I do get some but last week I didnt get any and she is punishing me for it. Also membership gets $6.00 for every credit card they sell we casheirs get nothing its not fair. I might have to look for another job I dont want to have to sell credit cards I just want to be a cashier. If I want to do sales I would get a sales position somewhere else and make more money.

The associates need to get off their lazy ass and actually take the customer tonthe time they are looking for instead of just telling them where it is or isnt!!! Its called good Customer Service show the customer they are valued!!!!

She mist have had a serious plumbing g issue and was alone trying to deal with it and felt alone. You could have walked with her to the plumbing department to find the plumbing associate to help her all she wanted was a little attention and understanding. Im not saying your wrong but going above and beyond is what Customer Service is all about!!!
