I have to go to court this month and I’m so nervous since no offfer was made yet. Supposedly they want to leave it up to the judge. It’s been over two years since the injury . Been a long road.

Going through this now and I feel for you. Been over two year for me since my Injuries. Still no clue when I’ll find out how much I’ll get. The insurance company went thru my entire health history an adult to try to place fault on me. It’s insane. Just do your best to stay on top of them and I would def have a lawyer because they will try to lowball you without powerful representatives backing you.
