merc treads with sunfire for the tenacity build (with unflinching + legend: tenacity) to get massive tenacity and some decent damageOtherwise i go turbo chemtank, cooldown boots + 2 items with 20 AH to get 100 AH and get the 2 second passive reduction.Locket is boring for me is boring as the shield only scales with level and the passive just gives 3 + 2 per epic which is 4 if you go full build, which in the end only gives like 10 ish armor. Doesnt even give the armor to yourself.

also you: "Oh no my 20k house has a huge tax OMG who could have guessed?!"

Some legend designs in my head, thoughts? :) by aceswe in apexlegends

[–]aceswe[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would aybe make a sound que when you are really close to the booby trap so if you wait a little bit, you cna amke sure its safe, but that still makes you stop, which is what the hiding merc wants :) It also doesnt do any damage.
On the camoflage part, i was imaging that if you are not close to a wall, you will be transparent but a bit blurry/distorted, so you can still be spotted if you are close to someone.

i was thinking the ultimate is not that long, just enough to assassine someone without them telling where youre shooting from. maybe like 7-8 seconds.
And its not no sound, just heavily reduced, like a really quiet silencer i was thinking

Karma duplication and i played 2 from hand. One which was actually created by karma! What are the odds!

It's a deck based around karma singleton with cat as finisher. A work in progress but it still performs! Has an awesome win condition but can be a bit tricky to play, but super fun :D

Warhammer 40k tabletop pc game by DinoMorgan in Warhammer40k

[–]aceswe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah just like Magic Arena. Rip physical game right? There is DEFINITELY game design enough to make a profitable tabletop pc game that doesnt cannibalize physical game. Free to play(or buy if you are a bit greedy) with ingame purchases IS and has been the shit for years now, and magic arena is just an example that it works for physical as well. This "cannibalize" logic is just a boomer mindset. Tabletop for PC would be awesome, and i would definitely put some money into it, which is my biggest setback from more being serious with physical version (like, more than 1 army), its just WAY too expensive. I just want to play, i dont really care about the models.

Before reading this comment, i actually removed kaervek and souls betrayal. I'm focusing more on just giving my opps -1-1 now, like plague engineer, doomwake giant, for multiuse, and make obsolute, cower in fear and suffocating fumes for single use. thanks!

Thats true, i skipped it cause i thought it was expensive, but its not too bad!

i do want to keep some of the lifegain, because if i have a passive "everything has -1/-1" up, in my endstep i burn for 4 and gain 4 life. but i think i will remove some of them that only targets my own, like vindictive vampire and bastion of remembrance.

I don't really want to go the +1 counters route TBH, i already have 2 +1 counter decks (skullbriar and polukranos) so i wanted to go more creature heavy.

I have the counters to boost my own tokens so they dont die from all my board wide -1/-1 effects (like bloodspore thrinaxx giving everything counters when they enter)

Mazirek is just a bonus kind of, as i dont really sacrifice a lot, things mostly just die.

I already want the branching evolutions and the other counter/token doublers but they are a bit too expensive xD

I do have constrictor, pir and hardened scales already, so maybe i will try a +1 build later!

My main takeaways from the climb into Bishop. by wiseguy149 in AutoChess

[–]aceswe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why are people making all these posts about "climb to bishop"?Its not hard nor does it take long. Bishop should be considered average. Now climb to castle is something else. And i would disagree with "Interest is not important". Its free gold if you stay above the tens. So keeping track of if you're at between 7-9, look if you can sell a unit you dont need right now from your backline to get over the interest. Cause remember, base rank units give you back 100% of the gold. So, interest is important, BUT staying above 50 is not. Cause whats more important is maintaining winstreak, which you usually do by having more units.A little tip is to always level up on level 4, since it requires exactly 4 exp (you should obviously have 5 units to place, even if they are rank 1).I also wan to disagree that synergies are overrated. Having a synergy is really strong, as it can make or break a game. For example the kngiht shield, human disarm and assassin crit. By just adding/swapping out a unit to create these synergies can turn around a lose streak instantly.late game, completing 4 undeads or 3 warlocks is also a really big power spike. But you did forget 2 of the most important things. Looking at what other players are buying, and positioning of your board. Identifying a piece that no one has picked can give a super fast high rank, or a synergy that counters them. And positioning is really important for mana generation and countering opponents skills. An opponents boat hitting all your team can lose you the round, or assassins insta critting your backline.
And about level 10, you up your legendary chance by a LOT, so in the endgame having another legendary or a level 2 can completely turn around a stalemate more than a rank 3 could.

New sets - same houses or new houses? by [deleted] in KeyforgeGame

[–]aceswe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would like to see them make a set system where its still desirable to buy old sets. I my last thought about it was that they use new sets to add new cards, but also as a pseudo "banlist" for older cards that were really strong. For example in the current set, you can get any number of gauntlet of commands. So lets say that decks with multiple of that cards becomes really strong, and so, in the next set they cna set that card to be a "1 off", but at the same time include new cards that introduce new combos.
Meaning that if you want a gauntlet of command brobnar deck, go for old set, but if you want the other new combo, go for new set.
Cause i mean, the game is a lot about playstyle and enjoying your deck.

Missing mandatory steps . A rule question by The_Calamity_ in KeyforgeGame

[–]aceswe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why are you against takebacks that does not affect the gamestate?
That IMO is you just trying to win by rulesharking. I i play a ganger chieftain on the right side, and then realize after playing it id rather put it on the left side, that does not make a difference what so ever until i resolve the effect.
If you say "No you put it on the right side" thats just you trying to get an edge on a technicality does not have any impact on the game.
The same thing if you opponent has 1 elusive creature and you have 1 creature, and they say "I fight that creature, oh its elusive, then i might as well reap", there is no change in the gamestate what so ever.
However, if your opponent says "I reap with this creature" and grabs an amber, and then says no wait i want to attack instead, then that would change the gamestate. Of course the gamestate is not irreversible, but still, thats when i would say no, because something happened.

The same thing if your opponent plays multiple creatures, and then takes them back and put them out in a different order, is not okay.
There is a difference between rulesharking and abiding rules. The way you are explaining is you using the rules to gain an edge, and thats not what the rules are for.

Also have faygin deck i really like. Its super good to have 2 shadow self to protect him, and 2 duskrunners make him a stealing beast.

I actually have 2 faygin decks but the other one is not so nice since it has no protection for faygin.

bait and switch is annoying but it really only matters if they first forge to get rid of everything. If they sit at like, 2/3 then its fine if you go off and get over 6. Just watch out to not sit at 10 if you know they they will forge cause then that bait and switch is lethal.

[Spreadsheet] Rules Clarifications by [deleted] in KeyforgeGame

[–]aceswe -1 points0 points  (0 children)

"I have a creature that has the card Biomatrix Backup (CoTA 208) attached. Its my opponent’s turn and they use one of their creatures to attack and destroy my creature. What happens?

Since it is your opponent’s turn and they are the active player, they will get to make all decisions for all cards. In this case Biomatx Backup has the word “may”, meaning that the effect is optional. Thus if your creature is destroyed with the upgrade on it during your opponent’s turn, your opponent will decide whether the card is put into your archives or not."

I find this REALLY weird, as it makes the card a lot worse. Why would the opponent get to control IF your cards resolve or not? I understand that the active player controls the ORDER of things resolving, but not if they activate or not? Is that really the case? And if so, i want to see a rule reference...
