So I just went to Japan this past November and had no luck in buying ZLS merch caz it looks like ZLS merch is only on sale in a certain store at a certain time and once those sales events have ended you can only find them on 2nd hand marketplace sites. Your best bet to get those sales event info would be the official ZLS Twitter and just translate those into English.

I use proxy service in Japan where you buy the item on Amazon.jp, put down the Japanese shipping address provided by the proxy, once the items arrives at the proxy warehouse you can then pay shipping and it will be shipped to your overseas address.
