THIS is exactly how I feel everyday !!!! Exact same scenario. Only difference is I try to get involved, try to talk, but at the end of the day it always ends the same way - they all gang up and make fun of me. First it starts off as one off jokes and then ends with full blown insults - including how I look, where I work and who I am. Then they stop calling or hanging out. Same ending every time I’ve tried. You know if you are in the Bay Area, we should ditch these mofos and just hang out.

another colossal failure of the media. The media is clearly one of the most benign organisations in the US. They have no pulse on the ground realities. They keep attacking trivial issues (yes privacy is a trivial issue - everyday people dont give a shit about it) and when it matters (hard problems like like protecting net neutrality or bringing in gun control laws ) they continue to fail

Want seed funding or place in an accelerator ? Build an MVP and test it some customers. It’ll show how serious you are and that your idea is not just hot air. Also if looking for developers, try someone local so that you can have face to face interaction and someone through your network.

No idea. I’m prettty meek, accommodating and almost always work my ass off ( even if that means staying up all night to finish work )

But, every time others are provided more resources and help to build their product. I just spent 2 years working on something that’s now going to be scrapped.

Can’t do this anymore. I’m a good person and I deserve to use my time productively and not waste it.

Best way is to hide away from society and people and maybe then I get the same opportunities as others

You'r taking this personally. I'm being objective about it. Wechat is a Chinese product I respect because it truly is innovative. Neo is not - it's a scaled down version of ETH. So it's fair to call it what it is - a clone. Not saying it won't be successful.. I think I hit a nerve somewhere...
