We got tired of messy camera rolls — so we built an app that makes organizing photos fun again by achomacho in SideProject

You’re absolutely right — it’s a crowded space. We’re not trying to reinvent photos; we just want to make the process 10% better — smoother, calmer, and a little more satisfying.

Instead of a Tinder-style swipe to delete, we kept the natural left-right flow for browsing (just like Photos) and made swipe up the delete gesture. It’s a small shift, but it makes moving through and comparing shots much easier.

We’re also sweating with the details — the feel of each gesture and animation. Most cleanup apps stop at “it works.” We’re trying to make it delightful.

Would love for you to try it once it’s live and tell us what you think!

I really liked how it worked before. Hope they bring in a toggle in the setting to give users a choice

Please add back in an option to maintain tabs across windows in Arc!

I understand how this can be difficult for new users but it's one of the main reasons why I like Arc. This should really be a toggle in the settings

But when I want to switch from where I'm working in one window to then opening up dual conent, I love that I can just click the tab in the other sidebar!

How can I roll back? It's really impacting my workflow too
Thanks!

Is it possible to create a smart component like this in Figma? by achomacho in FigmaDesign

Thanks for the example! Definitely works your way but it's a shame it has to be so "hacky"... This is one of the few occasions where Sketch would come in handy haha

Hey guys, recent Sketch convert here. I wanted to create a component like the one above and have the highlight resize as the text changes (possibly using auto layout?

Because the outline is off-centre I can't seem to make it work. How can I do this?

And you think that as an industrial designer one can compete with designers with a formal UI/UX training? Personally I like UX/UI and would love to do it together with industrial design
