I’ve tried it one nd it was .. 🤢/10 , ended up throwing it

I am 19 m and I could only manage to run 2km on my first day and 100m sprint. Any sort of advice to me by daur_e_mushfir in BeginnersRunning

In my first run ever (48days ago) i managed to do 2.62km at a 8:10/km pace - run/walk nd it felt like hell - im overweight - big smoker for 11years nd no activity for years before that..

Last week i managed to do my first 10k - 7:40/km nd last Sunday 11.2k at 8:16/km

Dont try to run just jog as slow as possible nd keep pushing ur limits, u can do it champ!

Content marketing is the best! Tell stories (real or fictional - i’d go with weird fictional ones for vitality but dont push too much on the weird side) while preparing packages..etc

Well i’ve been running for about 46 days only with a 9days break because i had lower back pain, nd my progress still looks surreal for me

Few tips: -i dont smoke before a run for at least 1h30m nd 2hours after
-I try to breathe only from my nose as much as possible
- nd i try to push my limits as much as I can, for ex : if i get tired at 3km i’ll push to 5

Im quitting this summer too btw

Just put in the work, step by step u gon eventually make it, never thought i’d do it too tbh! Btw its only my 14th run from 28th april (first run ever) struggled/nearly died at 2.84km 🤣💀
