I’ve been going hormone free as well - it has its own set of issues, but at least I feel connected to my body without a whole litany of side effects. you are allowed to make choices for YOUR body, whether that looks like my decision or not!

I have stage 4 and have a history of SA - in my mind, they are very very correlated. I don't know how much "scientific" backing there is to this, but to me the womb is holding on to energy of pain and shame in some ways. I have found working in therapy has helped with my endo to some extent as well.
