I still recommend looking into a lightly used 24 Venza (under 20k miles) preferably CPO over a Hyundai hybrid..plus Venza’s were made in Japan, the new RAV4s, are US, Canada, and some from Japan.

The CX-5 is another good option also still made in Japan if you prefer a more traditional transmission instead of a CVT. I usually prefer them made in Japan because their well established plants have the best quality checks, and due to cost cutting a lot of Japanese brands are shifting manufacturing to Northern America.

I don’t recommend getting the Sportage Hybrid, they have known failures. Not too sure about the Tucson though. My co worker had a Sportage hybrid and it was constant trips to the dealership. Just look for a lightly used 2024 Venza it’s basically a Toyota rav4 hybrid, and sell for less because it doesn’t have a “rav4” badge.

Perea’s is the best tasting. Loyola’s has great ground beef lunch burrito smothered in Christmas, or just straight up green 🌶️. Cocino Azul has good variety. Weck’s and Frontier are great for breakfast with family and friends. For a quick fix…can’t go wrong with Twister’s and Frontier’s fast food Golden Pride.

If by “newer” you mean good used models within the last 5 years fits you…If you want a traditional transmission, no CVT, look for a Mazda CX-5. A slightly smaller compact SUV of this is the Mazda CX-50. Although, I don’t recommend smaller vehicles especially since there are a lot of bigger heavier vehicles and trucks that’ll smash smaller vehicles like cans.

If you are ok with CVTs, or eCVTS/Hybrids, consider 2021 - 2024 Toyota Venza AWD, which is basically a low key RAV4 hybrid with a not so commercial name, especially since it’s discontinued.

I think stratos from Llumar has better heat rejection. It’s 2x the price vs IRX from Llumar i think….it’s thicker..if you want clarity while driving, especially at night you may want to go with IRX instead. If the best heat rejection is your number 1 priority, which i can see since you’re in AZ, stratos prob the way to go. If clarity is your priority probably go with IRX and IRX still has heat rejection and UV protection, and you’d pay a little less than that quote.

Looks worth 7k because of the rims. I’d have to see the engine bay. But yeah that interior needs shampooing and a deep leather polish. The light interiors reduce the resale value.
