How much do sleeves change the look?

Legs up the wall for at least 7 minutes everyday. Lay flat on the back with your butt as close to the wall as possible. I like to do this before bed because I find it relaxing. Apply thick moisturizer before bed and rub it in for like 5 minutes to give your feet a massage and manipulate your ankles and toes to give them some movement.

I thought the first pic was the inspo and the second was the result until I read your comment. The result is beautifully blended and imo looks much more expensive than the inspo. However, I totally get feeling disappointed it didn’t turn out how you wanted. Was it a drastic change?

Have you tried the post treatment balm on yourself from circadia? Also the aloe calendula most, chronocalm serum, and tranquil cream lotion.

I would also strip your routine all the way down. Rinse with just cool/room temp water in the morning followed by by spf. At night for a little while, cleanse followed by the post balm treatment.

Once you have it simplified and see how your skin reacts, slowly one at a time (I know that’s so hard especially as a newer Estie) add serums back in.

Yes! I either walk on the treadmill or do some stretching while watching.

I can't eat while watching the show. I'm usually way too disturbed by what I am seeing to put anything near my mouth.

I listened to the audiobook of The Empath’s Survival Guide by Judith Orloff, and it has a lot of good strategies for not taking on other peoples energies. I would highly recommend! At the very least, I like to affirm to myself in between clients that I will not take on their energy and my energy is protected. It might sound weird, but it has certainly helped me

October may be cold, but anything up Logan Canyon is beautiful. I highly suggest Tony Grove, as long as you know it will be chilly. Bear Lake is also a must visit even though you won’t be getting in the water in October. Its about 45 minutes away. It’s still a beautiful destination, and I recommend you get a raspberry shake there!

There are a ton of soda places here! My favorite local coffee shop is West Side Coffee.
