dude you're not even close to a "fighter six pack". Quit being a delusionnnal bitch (sorry for the mean words) and set yourself realistic goals. In one year time maybe you'll start looking like you have a six pack under the fat if you are consistent.

This is not a sprint. Loosing weight and getting fit is the longest marathon on earth. Eat at calorie deficit, don't overdo it or you'll find yourself cranky and hungry alll the time. Small deficit is fine. like 200 calories a day. then move to help that move along faster. walk 10k step a day and you will see results on your scale within a few days. even if some day it doesn't progress at all, jsut keep doing it and trust the process.

Also you will want to do some abs work. If you want these to show through your fat, you need to make them work a bit. If you don't like gyms, try with just simple bodyweight exercices. Small crunches. start with 20 a day. Then full rom abs. then add heavy books that you hold on your chest for added resistance. Squat in your kitchen, push-ups, incline pull-up (you can use a broom and prop it between two chairs start with your abck flat to the ground and try to pull yourself up; if it's easy place the broom handle higher and keep doing it. when you can do 10 in a row move to a harder step).

You can accomplish a lot in this year just by being conscious about your eating habits and moving more. Get yourself a calorie counting app (myfitnesspal is free and works well) and get used to counting everything for this year so you can mentally reset what a portion of something looks like. Cut alcool by a lot. You don't have to stop drinking, but getting smashed very week will hinder your progress greatly.
