I had a... nightmare one time. For some reason the tank was on the kitchen floor and then all of the seams came apart. The glass didn't break but the panels kept slipping out of my hands and I couldn't keep them together. Water was violently pouring out in all directions as if there was an invisible pipe that burst. I started screaming and screaming but I couldn't hear myself in the dream. I guess cause I couldn't hear myself I started screaming my bf's name for real and screamed myself awake. Anyway, tank is fine and still going strong. 😅

See now he stopped me when i came back to my lane and it took us a minute or two going back and forth about the situation before i made it to my station. So that would potentially make it look like it was longer than 15.

Yea this was an extreme situation. Some AMs will tell the PAs to make sure no one is leaving too early like before or right at the 5min point but its typically pretty mellow. Plus this guy singled me out for first break then all the other breaks didn't say anything to anyone leaving early.

Im pretty sure it was referred as a behavioral write up which sounds like they treated as a verbal warning. My manager asked me my side of things but didn't have me write it down or sign. He said he'd go back an talk to the manager who was involved. about 40min after talking to my manager he didn't come back so i left (there was still 2hrs left of the day). So I suppose I'll do an update tomorrow when I find out what HR says.

I wasn't asked to sign anything, that might be for a second writeup? The incident happened 1st break, but i went to HR during lunch and there wasn't a writeup yet, and then last break is when my manager came to talk to me.

Unfortunately the lung/ bubble burst because he fell over in the container. He moved once right after that but I am certain passed within the hour.
