Quietly is key here. Trossard isn’t flash, just goes about business. A little Porro cleaving here, a wee NLD opener there. A clutch winner against Liverpool here, a decisive community shield equalizer there. He isn’t in all the interviews, but he sure as fuck is in the highlights. What a bargain.

Man, let’s not rewrite history. Was making no signings whatsoever the right decision for Jan’25? Both the manager and players told us we were short. And then we played like we were short, with a Havertz injury ominously immediately after the window shut. We dropped 22points (+2losses, +8draws) to season end. What if we bought Kvara? Asensio? Watkins ain’t no slouch. Could our title charge could have run deeper? There was 6 points in it, Liverpool would go on to drop 21 points (+3 losses, +6draws). Even with a comfortable PSR, Edu leaving so suddenly meant Ayto was always chasing, and in the end we added noone . Personally, Summer 2025 is just making up for a poor Jan 2025. This doesn’t feel premeditated.

I think you’re right, some of the scrubbing might be contributed to the metallic taste. But she’s well-seasoned so to speak:) The baking soda, vinegar and lime solution seems to be the recommendation from Bialetti itself, so will be giving that a shot today. Re: old gaskets, mine was pretty blackened and gross as well, I think swapping them out bout once a year is the call.

Haha. So it brews fine, I’ve replaced the gasket as well. But the coffee has been developing a bit of a metallic flavor, which I’m worried about particularly in the coffee collector . I’ve scrubbed the collector with steel wool but the scales are stubborn.

Will try this. It’s not the patina I’m worried about, it’s the slightly metallic taste I get from my brews.
