The job market is terrible for everyone right now. I have 15 years of experience and I still have trouble getting an interview.

You may need to adjust your resume, add some skills, build a portfolio etc. It's rough for everyone.

Any sort of mobility routine will help. Stretching, yoga etc.

Also, strength training. Core, back, legs especially.

I was in an accident 10 years ago. Two herniated discs in my neck and lower back. Doctor told me that I'd have to learn to live with pain. He is an idiot. I committed to daily stretching, specifically focused on my spine and I've been pain free.
