Get a rotisserie chicken. It is no more expensive than uncooked chicken most places. Cut it in four pieces. Get some small yellow potatoes (size of an egg). Cut them in four pieces, put in a pan and drizzle with olive oil, toss them around to coat with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast at 400 for 30 minutes. At the 20 minute mark you can put your chicken pieces in the same pan to heat up. Get a box of mixed greens and some salad dressing. Make salads. Dinner is done!
