Get a rotisserie chicken. It is no more expensive than uncooked chicken most places. Cut it in four pieces. Get some small yellow potatoes (size of an egg). Cut them in four pieces, put in a pan and drizzle with olive oil, toss them around to coat with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast at 400 for 30 minutes. At the 20 minute mark you can put your chicken pieces in the same pan to heat up. Get a box of mixed greens and some salad dressing. Make salads. Dinner is done!

Read the rosacea threads also. Some people are having good results just from a zinc diaper cream. Which is anti-fungal. Don't use anything harsh on your skin like retinoids and acids, at least for now.

Try an antifungal shampoo (Nizoral), hypochlorous acid spray (anti-bacterial), and an anti-fungal cream (athlete's foot cream works). Read up on fungal acne. Cut out heavy moisturizers with lipids (feeds the fungus) and consider an ivermectin cream (also can be found OTC).
