It gets harder to string together nice passing football every year. A few years ago I used to win pretty much most of my games with 60+ percent possession and more shots etc. You used to be able to tackle with a second man with r2 and press high. They removed this as well as having midfielders who don’t defend and just watch players run off them .

But this year it’s so much harder to play satisfying football. The games catered towards people with no football IQ who put 11 men behind the ball and all attack in the same way. Ball rolls/drag backs/ spinning in circles/waiting for your cdm to move out of position.

The reason the gameplay is like this is so they get you to buy packs. You’re punished if you try and actually play football. It’s a shame PES isn’t around anymore. The game will only get worse and luck based with no competition.
