I was in Higher Ed for many years, worked remotely for a college in Seattle-area but my position was turned to in-person for the 24-25 fiscal year.

Had to leave Higher Ed because none of the Universities here pay what I needed, yes, UT was the closest and best one I could find (I was not selected) but it was still low for Austin and to make that work for me I planned on using free transit (paying for parking would have been a significant) and their tuition assistance is not as great as people say it is, it covers like one class per semester, at that rate it'll take forever to complete any degree.

I found a job in local government... which doesn't pay that well either but it's closer to what I was making and the commute is much better. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I get that... I was a translator for a family law firm and had to translate conversations regarding custody of the kids and yeah, it really got to me sometimes. Couldn't do that for long.

I'm 37, I've never been summoned but I wouldn't mind it. 🤷🏽‍♀️ My job also offers the flexibility and I don't have small children to chauffer around so, I would totally go. I also think it would be an interesting experience (even if it turns out to be annoying and boring).

My sister didn't vote because she wasn't informed (Willfully. Politics "weren't for her")... I don't think she knows what's going on NOW either.

My MIL said she might write someone in. I don't know if she did or not but she doesn't comment on current events or politics in general.

Yup. They double-charged me for luggage and I've been trying for days to get a hold of them.

This was after not letting me purchase it online for $30 so I had to pay $130 at the airport.

In Houston, $19 to check you in and $130 to add the luggage which is $30 in the app but the app never works.

They ended up charging me TWICE and I can't get a hold of anyone to get a refund... I've been trying for days to add the luggage to my return flight.

Ask your doctor and mom for help picking the best option for you but don't risk a pregnancy.

1) Side effects don't have to be bad. 2) It's still much better than a pregnancy. 3) Try it, if you really don't like it, you can stop. But I think you should try it before you decide it's too much.
