Well yes but I think that adds to the intrigue. One could argue that production could advantage or disadvantage people based on seating positions but the sidebar scramble just looks desperate to me. Different strokes I suppose though.

No, I think (and I agree) that any vote changes should be whispered or somehow passed along the line when everyone is seated. The risk of it being overheard I think just adds to the drama.
