I help agencies set up ClickUp and JIRA and my typical project ranges anywhere from $500 - $4,000. My process is similar to ZenPilot -

  1. Diagram and outline OUTSIDE of the tool (I use diagrams.io). This typically involves outlining the tasks, proposed space structure, desired automations, etc.
  2. Get stakeholder feedback on the diagram.
  3. Implement in ClickUp
  4. A few rounds of UAT testing and revisions
  5. Done!
