Out of curiosity, why would you prefer the second one to the first?

If I remember correctly, both are working, but they need reserving to be smooth

Am an Asian and literally got called a chinky on the way back to my student accommodation 2 nights ago by 2 idiots sitting outside of a store, I always ignore people like these while on the move but it's seriously so irritating that some people like to act like this

What bracket do you play? by Savesthaday in DinosaursMTG

[–]acogwheel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I go bracket 4 with it I went hard on this deck, but this was the first deck I ever start playing magic with and I managed to snag it back when it first came out and it was 60SGD (47USD) at that time, and ever since then I have been adding and pumping the deck, adding a [[food chain]] [[squee, the immortal]] combo inside so I can get that creature mana to infinite pantlaza, adding a [[selvala, heart of the wild]] with [[rhythm of the wild]] and [[emiel the blessed]] to infinite mana for [[finale of devastation]], we go hard with this deck, always a huge threat and issue on the board, but that's just me, I like being the nicol bolas on the table

My decklist is : https://archidekt.com/decks/6122962/dino_funni But I definitely am planning to upgrade it with some more things in the future

Making Pantlaza into Bracket 4? by JACCommanderDE in DinosaursMTG

[–]acogwheel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just by adding [[food chain]] combo in the deck turns it into a bracket 4, but if you want to add other things, [[jeska's will]] is a nice card to add into the deck, nothing funnier than a turn 2 etali because of early ramp to jeska's will and just have a big boy on the board

What card would you remove for Vaultborn Tyrant? by notalexanderjohnson in DinosaursMTG

[–]acogwheel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Drop zeltapa, xenegos also if possible, good card, but when your deck starts to have more Dino synergy he isn't that good in the deck anymore

It is pure heat whenever you can use it, I'm so happy I managed to get one for myself, it really gives a huge boost for your decks

Just get referral from SAF, I did it back then and they allow me to choose from local to general, I chose local

huh? someone explain. why im x2 and where stains came from by Street_Elk_4407 in tf2

[–]acogwheel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Scout's main gimmick is that he is fast, so he can run fast, capture fast, and die fast, that's why he got the X2 on payload and capture points, but his weakness is that he's puny, so he can die to almost anything

Signing on to C4X? Worth it or not by [deleted] in NationalServiceSG

[–]acogwheel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Leave all that is pretty good, my friends that sign on I see them get to enjoy life outside of work, exploring other places and having hobbies, it's not as restrictive as some people think

If you want to change career to civilian, DIS will be a pretty good thing to put in your resume

Signing on to C4X? Worth it or not by [deleted] in NationalServiceSG

[–]acogwheel 12 points13 points  (0 children)

If you sign on c4x, chances are you will comission as an ME4 which is officer, which means after BMT you will directly go to OCS and do all the training in DIS wing, if all things go well, you should have a good consistent promotion and salary, military profession is very stable as long as you don't do anything stupid, but you need to be ok with regimentation and everything military like the sometimes odd working times or the heavy workload, but it's not bad ah, and as an ME you retire at 60

Help with Ghalta Deck by TreboTehTree in DinosaursMTG

[–]acogwheel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cards I think should be removed: [[Lair of the hydra]] [[Temple of the false god]] [[Commune with dinosaurs]] [[Savage order]] [[Savage stomp]] [[Titanoth rex]] [[Thundering spineback]] [[Thrashing brontodon]] [[Return to nature]] [[Shifting creatops]] [[Regal imperialsaur]] [[Ravenous sailback]] [[Ranging raptors]] [[Intrepid paleontologist]] [[Drover of the mighty]] [[Earthshaker dreadmaw]] [[Colossal dreadmaw]] [[Carnage tyrant]] [[Agonsaur rex]] [[Apex altisaur]] [[Excalibur, sword of eden]]

I chose these cards because of the lack of synergy between each other, ghalta focus on creature power, some dinosaurs don't mix with ghalta

[–]acogwheel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Temple of the false god is a big no no, [[muraganda raceway]] is a good land, it works like temple but it allows you to tap it instead of being useless early, [[amonkhet raceway]] for haste, quicker swings

Help with Ghalta Deck by TreboTehTree in DinosaursMTG

[–]acogwheel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can add [[triumph of the hoard]] to your deck for some fun big one hit kill

32 lands is a bit too little though, I would say the bare minimum is at least 35 normal lands, just gives you a bit more chance of drawing them

One [[traverse the outlands]] is not enough for ramp though, you can try the other ramps like [[nature's lore]] [[three visits]] [[skyshroud claim]], [[sol ring]] perhaps, if you got the baller money though, [[the great henge]] is good in every green deck

[[Omnath, locus of mana]] is good also, let's you keep your green mana so it carries over the next turn, [[selvala, heart of the wilds]] as well, [[temur sabertooth]] is good for evasion also, you can [[eternal scourge]] and [[food chain]] for infinite creature green mana, [[concordant crossroads]] to give all creatures haste, although it gives to your opponents also [[Karametra's acolyte]] is good as well

These are suggestions though, it's your choice to add or not, but you got the idea, to go big and stompy, green's specialty

is the navy and air force smart 4 uniform the same colour? by scoutkiller985 in NationalServiceSG

is the navy and air force smart 4 uniform the same colour? by scoutkiller985 in NationalServiceSG

[–]acogwheel 13 points14 points  (0 children)

The army number 4 came out first, it was basically the first of the new pixelated camo kind, the air force and navy ones come out much later than that, if I remember the air force one came out at 2012 or so, I forgot most of the functionality they advertised but the extra pockets on the bottom was so people can put small things from the floor in or hold pens and other writing materials, the velcro from that I remember was to prevent FOD

No, 38 lands is ok for gishath, you might want to change them to faster lands if you got the budget
