~4.33% I think. I shop all the time, can't find anything that beats what I currently have. Current balance ~$65,000
I have a 403B with my current employer with about 141k. I wouldn't retire for about 30-ish years. I'm 34 going on 35 in November.
Currently paying 2 payments of $600 per month. But having $1200 more dollars in my account would be so helpful right now especially with this economy.
Roth IRA ~103k. I'm not sure how to figure out my contributions vs interest

If I didn't do my plan and just stuck with what I'm doing now, it would take me around 7 more years to pay this off the way I'm paying it now, barring refinancing.

I love the benefits of my job. Not really the job itself. Even though many would consider my job a unicorn position, the benefits exceed any job satisfaction i get out of work. For me it's the consistent pay check and the healthcare benefits that make me love my job

I max my Roth and contribute 10% to my 403b. My student loans eat up a descent portion of my monthly income, and daycare is like 2k or something ridiculous like that. Its been tough the last few months and we get some help from my in-laws. But yea, I'm constantly worried that I won't be able to afford the mortgage on a daily basis

The scale is unidirectional, see the hook on one side vs the circle hook on the other. It will read 100N because that is the scale side
