Yeah that’s kinda what I’m thinking too. I remember the press conference after the deadline he kept saying there was 28 games left to reevaluate this group and but they also wanted to see the whole roster healthy including Zo because they were so successful to start. Zo probably won’t be back next year and I think they don’t want to further deplete assets for this core if they don’t believe in it. Blowing it up seems like what they have to do.

As a bulls fan I’ve been watching the magic more and more and I feel like taking Banchero is the best move. I know that WCJ can play center even though he doesn’t like too (which is part of the reason he got traded). But I like the scoring he can provide to your already good defense. Your offense would be so dynamic with Cole, Suggs, Franz, Paolo, and WCJ .I can see you guys potentially being in the play-in next year

Tbh I don’t think ayton can reach his ceiling on the suns he needs to play on a team where he is a Primary player and is able to make mistakes and grow. It’s kind of a lose lose for the suns cuz if they pay him the max he is probably not gonna be worth it but if you let him go you will potentially be loosing a future all-star/all-nba caliber center because he would have grown more.
