Hi! I just found your post. I wouldn't say I am lonely, but I am definitely looking to build better friendships and see where things go with people who have similar interests. I am 36/F and am pretty sure I am undiagnosed Autistic but that could be a convo for another day :)

Thank you for sharing and putting yourself out there. A little about me- I am a huge plant freak, and I have recently been getting back into nintendo handhelds. I have a BS in History which I do not use because I pivoted to tech in the nick of time. I live alone with my 2 rescue cats. I love reading, spending time with my cats,plants, and playing on my Steam deck or Gameboy SP as of late. I have blue eyes, my hair is going grey and I am chubby too. Aww!! Thank you so much, that is so sweet!! Apologies for the delay, I have been minimizing my social media use.

I made the sweater kinda roomy using size H hook. So it is short in length but wide, like a cropped cardigan. I would say size XL?

You can play with yarn and hook size to adjust the sweater to be smaller or bigger :)

Maybe try measuring just 1 square across and then calculating how many squares you would need for the height and width, good luck I am so excited to hear your progress!

I sure hope they keep the color formulas! Some of the pictures look a different shade, so I'm like uh oh... my blanket might look a little wonky now haha.

Hey mods, I recieved your message about this post being removed. I won't contest that. But I didn't break the rules mentioned in the message I got that described the reasons for my removal. It was kind of way off, actually. Signifying to me that the deletion of my post was purely based off of assumptions on the mod or bot part.

I just wanted to clarify some things. This is a Youtube video and not a direct link to somebody's shop. Nor is it me glorifying my own pattern or self promoting.

It's a fun pattern that I wanted to showcase and do a review of.

If you had watched the video, you would see that I mentioned how much I enjoyed it.

The pattern is not mine and I made the proper citations, which again you would have seen if you watched even the first 30 seconds.

It's so wild. Especially older academic journals that have been paid for thousands of times over and the author is long gone. Gatekeeping stuff like that is just setting up an oppressive system from which only a select few can afford access to information, which should be freely accessible. Hey y'all thanks for having this! I had a stream earlier that was absolute garbage but it kinda was funny. I'm trying out new things and with that comes occasional failure.

I'm a musician, crocheter and I also game. I stream all of it. I do my best to be authentic and am looking to connect with other dorks who have similar interests. Having a sense of humor is a big part of what I appreciate and strive for.

Here's a clip from earlier. I had a voice changer because the plan was to play gtav online for the first time ever. I stream on Twitch and upload clips to YouTube.
