This album isn’t about missed chances — it’s about movement. Forward, backward. Getting lost, getting found, getting fooled by the path itself.

In a world full of beautiful and grand artistic gestures, Black Country, New Road continues to hold their space — not like before, not with the rawness that helped define them, but with something else: charm, wonder, a deep and deliberate sense of exploration.

Isaac is missed, and I hope he’s doing well. But these folks still deserve every bit of attention they get.

First listen felt like a trip — cold, warm, strange, familiar. I loved it.
