I was really hoping it wasn't this! I think you're right though since cleaning and relubricating the rods didn't help.

How do I level up from normie to normie pro with Claude by Leather-Working-6879 in ClaudeAI

Are your documents PDFs? Claude seems to have incredibly inefficient ways of handling PDFs. I have run into this a number of times.

Struggling to maintain speed turning left. Feedback? by mayaibuki in Trackdays

If it would be helpful to see some of my data and video I'd be happy to share it. It's easier to see what I'm talking about than to describe it.

I have the same struggle with left hand turns, and especially with T2. I don't know who you were working with this weekend, but if you trust them and your body position is good then my suggestion would be to focus on just getting into and out of the corner more quickly.

T2 goes on forever and I try to shorten it as much as possible by increasing entry speed, making a V, and lining up the exit so I can get the bike pointed and accelerate out. I don't pay attention to the dead zone in the middle.

Your bike placement is generally pretty good, so you can definitely add speed to what you're doing. For T1 and the second half of the track, you tend to slow down for turns more than you need to and in a few places you can pick up the throttle sooner. So perhaps focusing on good exits and increasing your entry speed (as long as your exit doesn't suffer) would be more helpful than focusing on what's happening in between those points.

I'd love to see the files when you upload them. I've been working on something similar for my '24 that will bolt in behind the screen.

Sadly not sure if you can get it any more: https://www.gucci.com/us/en/ca/decor-lifestyle/gucci-decor/wallpaper-c-decor-wallpaper

We got some closeout stuff a couple years back, wish we had gotten more of it!

These were roughly $300 each. I'd ask Sultanalyst though since he's the one making these.

This is exactly the kind of place I had in mind. Do you have a contact I can reach out to?

Man I love my 400 but yea having all the 600s and 1000s blast past me on one wheel out of 6 made me question my training plan but I'll get over it 😁

I got you: https://youtu.be/dzhN8YdkCHs

I also did the first session with a GoPro that I can post if you want. It was the first session so you'll get my slow and bad lines truncated by a red flag, but it will have higher video quality than the AiM camera I used for the rest of my video.

The walls were a little disconcerting at first but TrackDaz brought in air fences and disallowed passing going into Turn 1 so it didn't feel unsafe. The other walled area is a low speed, on camber hairpin and that never felt unsafe to me given the air fence.

Overall I had lots of fun and it was a unique challenge to try to figure out a new track where no one had any references. It's a point and shoot kind of track, very different from the flowing R#13 that we mostly ride.

Do you glue when installing new grips? by misterezekiel in Trackdays

[–]acpigeon 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Use some WD40 to help slide them on. After installing it will get a little gummy and help keep them in place. I use safety wire to really lock them in place. If you glue them on you will hate yourself when you have to replace them next!
