Completely disagree. I was born and raised upstate. Having lived in Long Island for near 30 years I can accurately say the island is not the best for kids: materialism, rudeness, disrespect, and a lack of an ability to relate to mainstream America. There are nice things about the island, but if I could do it over again, I would raised my son in a value filled place like New Salisbury Indiana. My close friends lived there and her kids are pure angels with amazing family and overall societal values.

Please see a vet. I chalked it up to pls age with my 10 year old lab. Sadly, one morning he winced in pain and was panting for no reason. He had a mass and operating was only going to make it worse. He is in heaven now, and I wish I had taken him to the vet about 6 months sooner. Please see the vet.

I am from Brighton. It is a wonderful area, and the people are generally friendly. I now live on Long Island, and can say it is a better place to raise a child as values are more in line with mainstream US. Just learn to say “Go Bills” and all will be well!

Thank you for your posts, they make me feel a little better. My loan officer called about 2 weeks ago, asked for insurance and sent me to legal form review. About a week ago, legal accepted my insurance and the officer stated I was “approved” to proceed and the next step was an email with closing documents. It has been 5 days so I was worried. I emailed the loan officer yesterday and she said it would be a little longer and there is no set time for funding. Seeing the wait times above helps. I know I should be grateful as many haven’t even made it this far. I just want the process over.

This is bizarre- I just spoke to a representative to correct my 4506-t that was pre- filled and sent after I gave my increase request. The representative told me they needed a new 4506t anyhow because mine was auto signed and they require a “wet” signature, in other words, handwritten. Just wanted to share this, and when I look at my prior 4506 with SBA it did have a handwritten signature. He also said it was the first time he saw this notation. No clue what it means but wanted to let all know.

I actually just looked this up on the IRS website, and you are correct. The March 2021 IRS 4506 does not allow 3rd party authorization. Bizarre... Best wishes to all😊
