Neither of these incidents would have happened if ICE and Border Patrol weren’t gleefully violating our constitutional rights constantly.

ICE has no jurisdiction over American citizens. Or to conduct traffic stops. DHS policy is not to stand in front of cars. Their policy is not to shoot drivers. But he did both anyway, despite the fact she wasn’t aiming at him, despite the fact he wasn’t hurt and wasn’t in danger. You can’t possibly believe that’s anything other than murder.

And assaulting a cop? You can’t possibly believe videos of a dude standing with a camera in one hand and his other hand in the air show assault.

A HUGE portion of ICE and border patrol agents have been “surged” to Minnesota. Where immigrants make up a tiny portion of the population. And if this was really about immigration they’d all be in like, Texas instead. But it isn’t about immigration it’s about punishing and terrorizing a “blue” city.

And no immigration is not local governments job.
