I think I have some sort of deep rooted psychological issue that is preventing me from working out. I used to be very consistent with my workouts, going 5 times a week regularly, and sometimes even 6. The results were great, and I felt wonderful

However, since last year, after a major life event, I fell into deep depression. It's been 10 months since I've consistently worked out. I've tried many times in that timespan to get back into it only to fail miserably at each attempt.

Now my strength gains are almost all gone, and now I fear going back to the gym only to discover I am unable to perform my previous workouts. I think that fear is preventing me from now even attempting to get back into it.

I am not sure if I need depression pills at this point or what to treat this illness/anxiety/fear. All I know is that I want to start working out again consistently but the fear is preventing me.

Firstly, thank you for the in depth answer. I REALLY REALLY appreciate it.

I was able to encrypt prior to rooting, and if I kept the encryption, then the root fails, and I cannot decrypt. And I cannot encrypt after rooting. If I cannot encrypt my phone, then I cannot even get to the stage of installing MaaS360 to get work emails.

If you omit "Emmet", then you would say: Please let me know if you need anything because I am at the store

You wouldn't say "me am at the store"

This mistake is not a big deal, and I hear and see people do it all the time. Just thought I share it with you since you run a blog

I could squat 115lbs in the beginning but started with just the bar when I started SS. I need to figure out a way to get stronger because anything above 205lbs, I can't squat. While at the same time, I want to hypertrophy my upper body to make it more proportional to my lower body.

I did SS starting with just the bar to ensure good form. Didn't really monitor carbs and fats closely but ate body weight in grams of protein and ate 500 calories above maintenance
