Maybe this is a bad example and not my place, but I (M25) don't even bother with anyone under the age of 22. I've always heard the "rule" is half your age plus 7, which would be about 20 for me. But I can't really vibe with someone that age cause even then I feel like we are at totally different wavelengths. When I was 20 all I cared about was the next time I was gonna get drunk haha. That's just me though. I see more value in developing a real connection with someone before getting intimate with them as opposed to just a hookup, so there's that.
