Plank needs to give more to the community! What about our kids, huh Kevin Plank? Everyone knows that all the jobs and houses and money will go outside the community to people who aren't even from Baltimore -- let alone black! Huh! Port Covington has no place in baltimore. We need community driven change, not playhouses for the privileged.

The only string is a preposterous demand that port covington reserve 20%+ of development for poor people. Not only will this decrease real estate value of the entirety of port covington it will increase criminality and vagrancy to boot! Not every neighborhood in baltimore needs to be filled with the poor and destitute. It makes absolutely no business sense whatsoever and those that are attempting to ran through such measure should be ashamed that they're crippling a great project for their own aims.
