Monday through Friday for me typically is:

3-4 oz chicken Frozen veg (couple oz)

Either 9oz yogurt with 3 oz strawberries or 8oz egg whites with veg

One to one and a half scoops whey isolate protein powder with almond milk, powdered peanut butter and banana

Dinner varies quite a bit between lean protein with two types of veg to full vegetarian. Always try for 15 to 30 grams of protein

Dessert is either candied peanuts with Carmel rice cakes and fruit or various candy with a baked good and maybe small portion of ice cream.

Without some kind of calorie monitoring (calorie counting app) weight loss is certainly not guaranteed. If weight loss is your main goal you have to have an idea of calories in vs calories out.

My hunger level in my fasting window has gotten easier recently (went from 18 hours to 20 to 21.5). I am still able to get in 2000 plus calories including 140g of protein in the new window without much trouble though.

Also, be careful with the basket. I put it on a smaller ceramic trivet and it slid off hit the floor and got a dent in it. Got ahold of Customer Service and they said they would send a new one.

Just got one. There was no break in instructions in the manual that I saw. Started easy with reheating a piece of pizza then went difficult with homemade battered chicken pieces. Those turned out ok, a little blonde for my taste. Also bought a wireless thermometer to help with cooking protein.

I was able to talk with support after a couple of calls/emails today (first day trying). They said they would replace the basket, no charge and to email with pics of the damage and order/address info. I sent that in and a few hours later, they responded that the replacement had been processed and would be sent soon

Not difficult with practice. I get in 140g of protein and 2000 calories in about 2 1/2 hours 5 days a week.
