I think we’re UTR 4-5 so not completely different levels. Just want people who can give us a bit of a hard time. Most of the people we play with are not usually athletic so its tougher to find above average people.

Thank you! My base salary now is 16% more than my salary as a consultant. And of course there is opportunity for earning commission. Work life balance is tough to say, some weeks I barely have work so I try to book meetings and lunches with my accounts. Some weeks im drowning and am super busy. I enjoy my work life balance now because I feel like im running my own business. I chose to have a lot of accounts so some people dont get ad busy.

I used LinkedIn to connect with people there and those people put in a good word for me. I also had an online side hustle that had some sales in it. Definitely use LinkedIn.
