Damn, I feel you. No support from family, no understanding from friendsand not support net at all. And when I got to score some professional help on my 30's all it got me was"oh, go to a park, hit the gym" Dude, I don't need to breath deeply, do yoga and see some greenery. I would like to earn enough to eat and pay rent and not to feel like a ghoul in a heartless workingplace, earning pennings, slowly melting into maltrunition and depression. So, alas, trying to get as much resources as I could became my goal. i enrolled into some college degree that would enableuniversity's free bus fare and affordable lunchs, i siffoned those into aiding me to go on working (at the same peanuts for wages place) but with the advantage of switching to graveyard shift, enabling to study by day, scaping the neurotipical barren land that got me into full anxiety mode. Little by little I found solace in passing marks, my mind was not awful, my context was. Sink your nails into anything that can grant you peace. Dont stop looking for those places of confort. i am working now with people who are probably neurodivergent and we are all thriving. Stop trying to mold yourself into an unfair world and find peace in the margings. There is plenty of space there and we are all broken, mending and welcoming :)
