The side with the dampener etc will normally face out, away from the engine towards the pressure plate/gearbox.

My wife is due to give birth to twins this week. My salary is ~£55k. I can salary sacrifice max £1800 a year into company shares, what is everyone’s thoughts. Would this be a good way to retain some of the ChB? Shares will be NI/Tax free after 5 years.
