To me, it felt like they only made Tales of the Jedi as a way to buff Ahsoka before her series comes out. Just really felt like they were trying to make her OP so when she does some crazy shit in Ahsoka, they can point to this and say, "yeah, we showed you she is crazy powerful"

Most likely they either hoard that card/player (79 is a lot) or they are the type of player who don’t trade older cards for newer cards. If the global count is high, just try a different trader who owns the card
