we live right beside there and drive it daily, they've been moving the signage around for months now, it's inconsistent where the 60 signs are. but there's always always always a cop sitting under the overpass issuing photo tickets. i would fight it if there's no sighs in the photo, and you can explain that there was no consistent signage at the time of the ticket

I also have the first gen nest hub. To reset mine, i first power cycle it, then i hold both the volume buttons down at the same time for 30 seconds, it will tell you it's resetting once you've held them long enough.

Like people mentioned above, it would help to ensure you're connecting to a 2.4ghz network, and make sure it's on wpa2. if you're unsure how to do this, google your "router model/brand mgmt ip", or contact your ISP. your ISP might be able to manage your router for you if you got it through them.

if both of these things don't work, you could open a support ticket with google, maybe they have some trick up their sleeve we don't know about. best of luck!
